What is Campus Marc Cucurella
Campus Marc Cucurella is a project formed by a combination of Marc’s passions: Football and Training.
Campus Marc Cucurella aims not only to develop and refine the technical and tactical fundamentals of the game but also to promote the positive values that stem from this practice; values that Marc holds dear both on the field and in his everyday life, and wishes to share with all the participating children.
Upon arrival, participants will receive 2 exclusive full kits from the Campus, along with many other surprises they will uncover during their stay.
All participants of the Campus Marc Cucurella will have accommodation and full board in one of Catalonia's most traditional football settings: The Montayà Hotel & Lodge (4 stars)
Marc Cucurella Academy
In order to enhance the technical and tactical aspects of our participants, we rely on our own training methodology, created and designed exclusively by Marc Cucurella in collaboration with Ferni Rodríguez, director of the Marc Cucurella Academy.
For Marc Cucurella, attitude and intensity are non-negotiable in his daily life, and this is what we aim to convey: "You play as you train."
We train twice a day (morning and afternoon). In the morning, sessions focus more on technique. In the afternoon, we aim to put everything learned in the morning session to the test through games, competitions, and challenges.
What will we learn?
Today, many footballers are playing in foreign leagues.
When Marc Cucurella arrived in Brighton, he could speak English. However, he wasn't familiar with the football terminology. This fact slowed down his transition during the initial training sessions and matches.
That's why Marc wants to incorporate Spanish into our Football Camp. They will engage with the children, always about football, to make speaking Spanish enjoyable and fun for them.
We will also conduct a daily one-hour session on football language in Spanish. We will divide the children into levels. Each class will have 20 students and one teacher.
Sant Joan Celebration
This year, the Campus coincides with the night of Sant Joan, a widely celebrated festival in Catalonia. Due to hotel regulations, we cannot have bonfires or set off fireworks.
That's why we've decided to celebrate Sant Joan in style with a costume party/contest related to the world of football. So, we'll ask you to think carefully about your costume at home. There will be prizes for the winners, so let your creativity shine.
Since it's the first day of the campus, having a costume party will help break the ice and get to know other boys and girls
Donosti Cup
One of the new additions for this year is the creation of the Campus Marc Cucurella Squad, to participate in prestigious tournaments. This year, we have chosen the Donosti Cup.
From Sunday, June 30th, to Sunday, July 7th, the selected players will represent the Campus in one of the most prestigious tournaments internationally.
This activity is 100% complementary to attending our Campus. Only boys and girls born in 2008, 2009 and 2010 can join us.
We only have 5 spots available, so if you're interested, don't hesitate to register at the following link below."
